Requirements
- Current Nursing Registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA
- Postgraduate Degree in Critical Care
- Demonstrated ability to practice within a "patient centred care" framework
- Actively contribute to supporting a high functioning nursing and multidisciplinary team
- Assist and support change and implement process improvements
- Communicate effectively, with patients and staff at all levels
- Utilise written and verbal communication skills in problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation
- Identify risk and proactively work to minimise and manage
