Job Description
Lead Pharmacist - Education and Training role at St Vincent's Health Australia, providing strategic leadership, coordination, and governance of the Pharmacy Education and Training Program. Maintain advanced clinical pharmacy competence, support and supervise pharmacists, interns, and pharmacy assistants/technicians, and collaborate with the Pharmacy Leadership Team to achieve departmental performance goals.
Requirements
- Current registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA, with no restrictions on scope of practice
- Post-registration qualifications or equivalent experience or ANZCAP recognition in clinical education, workforce development, or pharmacy leadership
- Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of pharmacy education programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff
