Nurse Educator Emergency Nursing

We are seeking a Nurse Educator (Grade 2) - Emergency Nursing to lead and coordinate the delivery of the Transition to Speciality Practice (TTSP) program in collaboration with the Nurse Manager of Emergency and Nurse Manager of Education.

Requirements

• Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency.
• Holds relevant post-graduate education qualifications or relevant post-graduate clinical qualifications in emergency nursing with a Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or significant progression toward).
• Extensive experience in the design, implementation, management, and evaluation of educational programs within clinical settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, using advanced communication and interpersonal skills to support effective learning and patient care.
• Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in their daily practice as a nurse educator
• Demonstrated advanced leadership in integrating quality improvement, clinical research, and evidence‐based practice into emergency nursing education.
