Nurse Unit Manager- Neuroscience

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead our 35-bed Neuroscience Ward at the Fitzroy campus of St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience in neuroscience nursing, a strong commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Requirements

• Provide clear guidance, support, and expert advice to nursing and support staff
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with staff, Accredited Medical Practitioners (AMPs), patients, families, and carers
• Demonstrate strong leadership and apply effective team-building strategies
