We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Engineer to support our Enterprise book of business for our product Stack Internal. The role involves leading technical discovery during sales cycles, architecting solutions, and staying engaged post-sale to support adoption and expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a pre-sales technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting) supporting enterprise SaaS customers.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns including SSO, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM, as well as integrations with developer tools like Slack, Teams, GitHub, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted developer workflows: copilots, MCP servers, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge grounding.
