As Head of Learning, you will be responsible for the roadmap and production of our German-language learning programs for the entire DACH market. You will connect the production interfaces between the German team and our Learning Organization from the United Kingdom, ensuring that we offer our German-speaking customers high-quality, scalable learning experiences and products.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in the field of Learning Product Strategy, Content Operations, or Program/Product Management, ideally in EdTech or a Tech environment
- Proven experience in portfolio and roadmap responsibility, including budget and resource planning
- High tech and product affinity, as well as rapid comprehension ability for technical and organizational topics
- Experience in working with senior tech stakeholders (e.g. CTO, CAIO, CDO, VPs), ideally in regulated education environments
- Leadership experience in dynamic and fast-growing organizations, as well as experience in steering external partners
- Secure handling of data, KPIs, and AI/automation tools for controlling content and production processes
- Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as high resilience and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
