Job Description
Stackline is a full-funnel connected commerce platform that requires a Customer Strategy Manager to build strong relationships with customers and ensure their success with the products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex customer engagements, be extremely data-driven, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a hybrid role based in Seattle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 4-5 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Highly analytical
- Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel monthly to quarterly
