Job Description
STADA is seeking a Senior Demand Manager to join their team in Barcelona, Spain. The successful candidate will maintain strong relationships with sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning teams to understand demand forecasting drivers and potential risks. They will also lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Global Specialties, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, supply plans, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional degree, preferably with focus Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a multinational environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes
