Demand Manager SX

We are seeking a Demand Manager to join our Supply Chain department in Barcelona, Spain. As a Demand Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning teams, and improving forecast accuracy and BIAS while maintaining and reporting forecast-related KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional degree, preferably with focus Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a multinational environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in customer service and logistics is an advantage
• Proven expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Power Bi (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of SAP, IBP and/or similar ERP systems (desirable)
• Experience with end-to-end planning cycles and scenario planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Adaptability to change and process improvements
• Drive for results and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Strong and active English language proficiency, another language is an advantage
