Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and alignment across fast-moving teams and ambitious projects. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and functional leads to ensure strategic priorities are translated into clear execution plans and delivered efficiently with quality and impact.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of total professional experience
• At least 5 years as a Project Manager in a product-based or technology-driven organization
• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and high visibility
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles
• Experience working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and CXO-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation abilities
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
