Job Description
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant/Cook (m/f) part-time/full-time to help create culinary highlights for meat lovers and vegetarians at our restaurant directly on the Aare.
Requirements
- Independent work
- Mise en place and preparation of ingredients
- Serving à la carte and banquet dishes
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Supporting inventory management and stock control
- Participating in creating new dishes and menus
- Experience in the kitchen, preferably in the gastronomy
