Job Description
The BCBA provides support to individuals and their families by coordinating and delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, conducting functional analyses and assessments, implementing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and supporting adaptive life skills development.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in a relevant field
- Board Certification as a BCBA (mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to train and guide RBTs
- Experience collaborating with families, interdisciplinary teams, and other service providers to implement integrated interventions
- Knowledge of HIPAA, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards
- Competency with computers and online systems, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
