Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be a founding member of our Tokyo team. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives to win enterprise deals by translating complex technical capabilities into strategic business value for the Japanese market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales, specifically handling Enterprise or Strategic accounts
- Strong understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Hands-on experience with REST API integrations and data transformation
- Deep knowledge of Identity Providers (IdP) and authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, SSO) and Active Directory
- Native-level Japanese (verbal and written) and Business-level English
