Job Description
Lead daily production line operations, supervise employees, and ensure quality, safety, and production targets are consistently achieved. Work on the 2nd shift in a production warehouse specializing in custom packaging and display solutions.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Creole
- Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
- Previous leadership, lead, or team supervision experience
- Experience working with assembly lines, packaging, or corrugated materials
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and lead in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on a production floor for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
