Job Description
We are looking for a bilingual Quality Control (QC) associate for 1st shift at a production warehouse in Lakeland, FL. The role is responsible for inspecting corrugated displays and packaged product throughout the production process to ensure customer specifications, accuracy, and quality standards are consistently met.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Creole
- Prior experience in quality control, inspection, or production environments preferred
- Experience working with packaging, assembly, kitting, or corrugated materials preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Ability to read work instructions, diagrams, or customer specifications
- Strong communication skills and confidence providing feedback to production staff
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on a production floor for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
