Requirements
- Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- One to three years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
- Prior experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) is a plus
- Familiarity with daily and weekly shipment cycles and operational workflows
- Working knowledge of DAT load boards preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in phone-based interactions
- Experience evaluating and vetting transportation carriers is a plus
- Proficiency with 10-key data entry preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to make sound, timely decisions
- Dependable, ethical, and collaborative team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Comfortable working within a Windows-based operating system
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
