Logistics Coordinator

Requirements

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
• One to three years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
• Prior experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) is a plus
• Familiarity with daily and weekly shipment cycles and operational workflows
• Working knowledge of DAT load boards preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in phone-based interactions
• Experience evaluating and vetting transportation carriers is a plus
• Proficiency with 10-key data entry preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to make sound, timely decisions
• Dependable, ethical, and collaborative team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Comfortable working within a Windows-based operating system
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
