Job Description
HR & Administrative Executive responsibilities include providing day-to-day support in HR administration, handling work pass matters, and sourcing suppliers' quotations. The role also involves project documentation filing management, working closely with the project team, and supporting the accounts department.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management/Human Resources or its equivalent
- Experience in HR administrative related function
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices
- Familiar with work pass process
- Able to adapt in a fast paced working environment
- Good time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
