Job Description
Manage and execute building construction projects, overseeing the proposal and tendering phase, project management, and construction planning. Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities. Lead a team of project staff.
Requirements
- Minimum relevant degree from university recognized by PE Board of Singapore
- Relevant experience in project management of building construction
- Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership to lead a team of project staff
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
- Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate
