Job Description
Responsible for overall property management services, building/facilities management operation, incident control, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Elect/Mech and Air-Con Engrg / Real Estate Mgmt / Building Services (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in building services / data centres facilities
- bizSAFE Level 2, CERT training / WSQ Respond to Fire & HazMat Emergency and WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes
- EMA LEW licence / BCA Certified Green Mark Manager (GMM/GMP/GMFM) will be desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to details
- Self-motivated with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Able to handle projects independently and communicate well
- Possesses contacts with Singapore-based consultants, suppliers & contractors an added advantage
