• Fast pace same day quoting and sales order entry
• Master scheduling and workload balancing
• Customer relationship management
• Communication and teamwork with Outside Sales Team and other Inside Sales team
• Creating customer profiles for assigned account base
• Setting budgets and plans by account and tracking progress
• Developing understanding of customer programs, priorities, and purchase decision making process
• Leveraging existing business to expand into other divisions/areas
• Implementing new strategies and direction to increase sales and efficiencies
