We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to support our leadership team and ensure the highest quality of clinical care.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations and staffing in both detox and residential units.
• Ensure clinical compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Participate in hiring, training, and mentoring nursing staff to promote professional growth and best practice care delivery.
• Coordinate with medical, therapeutic, and case management teams to facilitate seamless patient care.
• Monitor and optimize quality metrics, patient safety protocols, and nursing documentation.
• Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
