Job Description
Join a private, mission-driven addiction treatment facility as a Director of Nursing (DON) and lead a multidisciplinary team providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals navigating the early stages of recovery.
Requirements
- Current RN license in New Hampshire (or compact license)
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership, ideally in behavioral health or addiction treatment
- Knowledge of detox protocols and residential level care
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Passion for recovery-focused care
