Executive Director

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead our mission-driven startup organization in launching a residential and community-based service program for individuals with developmental disabilities in New Jersey.

Requirements

• Provide strategic leadership in launching and overseeing all operational, clinical, and administrative aspects of the program.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including NJ DDD licensing standards and Medicaid waiver requirements.
• Oversee program development, policy creation, hiring, training, and ongoing performance management of staff.
• Maintain all documentation and procedures to support audits, licensure reviews, and Medicaid compliance.
• Serve as liaison to state agencies (DDD, DHS, DOH), community partners, families, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure staff-to-client ratios and credentialing meet required standards.
• Lead ongoing quality assurance and performance improvement efforts.
• Foster a person-centered culture that promotes dignity, respect, and autonomy for individuals served.
