Job Description
Join our residential mental health facility as a Family Therapist to work with adolescent clients and their families, providing impactful family therapy and specialized therapeutic interventions.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Valid licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent)
- Experience working with adolescents and families, preferably in a residential or acute care setting
- Strong understanding of family dynamics, trauma-informed care, and behavioral health
- Flexibility and adaptability to address a range of complex client needs
