Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Director to lead our inpatient psychiatric hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have 35+ years of clinical leadership experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting, a strong background in addiction medicine, and experience with high-acuity populations.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree; Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Current, unrestricted Ohio medical license
- Minimum 35 years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience in a psychiatric inpatient or hospital setting
- Experience with high-acuity psychiatric populations; co-occurring and addiction medicine experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of ASAM criteria, regulatory compliance, and behavioral health best practices
