We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing individual and group therapy to clients dealing with mental health and substance use disorders.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- EMDR certification preferred
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use disorders
- Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
