Senior Property Manager - Bilingual ENG - SPN/POR

We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee operations, lead a team of junior property managers, and ensure smooth day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of U.S. property management, proven leadership skills, and the ability to balance tenant relations, administrative efficiency, and team management in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management (required)
• Previous experience managing or leading a property management team
• Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software
