Senior Property Manager - Bilingual ENG - SPN/POR

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee operations, lead a team of junior property managers, and ensure smooth day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior on-site property managers
• Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolution of escalated tenant issues
• Assist in managing leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating with your on-site team for property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and address tenant disputes professionally
• Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance repairs and upgrades, and coordinate with the on-site property manager for larger renovation projects
• Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements
• Oversee properties’ financial performance, including drafting budgets, tracking actuals to budget, and dictating strategies to maximize financial outcomes
