Requirements

• Source candidates through external channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and assessments
• Provide timely updates to candidates and clients
• Manage candidate records and hiring activity in our ATS
• Prepare offer letters and facilitate onboarding handoffs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Comfortable using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and external job boards
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
