General Maintenance Worker

Role Overview

The General Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings. This role requires practical skill and knowledge in trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. The worker will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating at peak efficiency.

What You Will Do

The General Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings, including replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors, and performing daily corrective work and emergency response to emergent issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) required
• Prior experience providing maintenance and repairs of buildings preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required
