Job Description

This is a hybrid Business Analyst role, ideal for someone who enjoys breaking down complex requirements, thinking holistically about systems, and taking ownership of end-to-end delivery quality.
Requirements
- Have at least 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or similar roles
- Have strong hands-on experience in: Requirements gathering and user story creation, Writing structured acceptance criteria and test cases, Supporting manual testing, UAT, and defect validation
- Have a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Are confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
