Join a growing business in the financial planning and wealth management industry, supporting multiple advisors across a diverse client portfolio. This role is a high-impact, execution-focused Client Services Officer (CSO) position—responsible for handling the operational side of advice delivery, ensuring client data, systems, and workflows are accurate and up to date.
Manage client data and workflows, support advisors, maintain and update CRM systems, process and manage client information, prepare and manage documentation, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
You'll shine if you have experience in Australian financial planning or wealth management support roles, hands-on experience using My Prosperity, and experience working with CRM systems, investment platforms, and insurance providers.
