Job Description
The Project-Based Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate processing of financial data, and maintaining organized records using paperless systems.
Requirements
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Experience with paperless software programs such as DocuWare
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Ability to work Arizona hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, aligned with Pacific Time)
- Prior experience in an accounting department is preferred
- 2–3 years of Accounts Payable experience
