Requirements

• Positively lead the Housekeeping team and assist in operations when needed
• Daily inspection of hotel rooms, public areas, linen rooms, service areas, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning trolleys.
• Create an efficient work distribution.
• Solve urgent problems.
• Provide on-the-job training to the Housekeeping team.
• Learn and implement your department's fire and safety procedures.
• Work according to sustainability standards (Green Key).
• Assist guests courteously and friendly, and expect the same from your colleagues.
• You are (co-)responsible for administrative tasks within the Housekeeping department and order the necessary cleaning supplies, guest supplies, equipment parts, etc., from the Purchasing department.
