We are looking for a Field Marketing Lead to help power Stainless in its next phase of growth by developing and executing a comprehensive field marketing strategy, including events and conference activations that demonstrate Stainless’s value and position Stainless as the API partner of choice for enterprise companies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, preferably in B2B enterprise software
- Proven track record of planning and executing events that drive measurable pipeline impact
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Strong cross-functional relationships and ability to influence without authority across GTM and executive teams
- Data-driven and comfortable setting goals, tracking performance, and iterating based on results
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
