Assistant Nursing Manager - Cardiology

Stamford Health is looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Cardiology team. The role provides clinical supervision and coordinates unit clinical operations. The Assistant Nurse Manager has oversight accountability for patient care and nursing practice on their assigned shift and unit(s).

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recent clinical experience
• Recent leadership experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required with a Master’s Degree preferred
• Current CT RN License
• Certification in BLS, ACLS required
• NIHSS (obtain by the end of the orientation period)
• Clinical specialty or leadership certification strongly preferred
