Job Description
Medical Assistant position based in Darien, CT, responsible for providing patient care and assisting with clinical and clerical duties in an outpatient physician practice.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or Diploma from accredited Medical Assistant school/program
- National Certification preferred
- Heart Saver OR BLS Certification required
- Two years job experience is preferred
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel)
- Strong phone/customer service skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written English proficiency required
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Flexibility due to unexpected changes in workload
