Job Description
The Sr. EMR Imp & Training Specialist II is responsible for developing and implementing credentialed training programs and materials to support users of applications and clinical information systems. This role requires collaboration with the project team, quality control, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of previous work-related experience
- Software Module Certification or obtained within six (6) months of employment
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communications skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated understanding of principles of effective adult learning and teaching strategies
- Demonstrated oral and written communication and instructional skills
- Ability to articulate, promote and reinforce institutional policies and procedures impacted by EHR implementation
