Job Description
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team at Stand. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for owning relationships with our key channel partners and driving sales conversions end-to-end. You will qualify leads and turn them into fast, bindable deals through a precise, system-driven process, delivering high throughput, strong conversion, and a broker experience defined by clarity, speed, and reliability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in a channel sales environment
- A track record of hitting ambitious sales or production goals
- Experience at an insurance broker or carrier (Strongly preferred)
- Ability to explain pricing, risk, and protection concepts simply
- Experience in lean, tech-forward, or rules-based environments
