As Director of Marketing Strategy for Grassroots Fundraising & Development, you will drive strategic marketing efforts to deepen donor engagement, acquisition of ideal donor partners, and help develop donor leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing or fundraising marketing, with progressive leadership growth and a track record of exceptional performance
- Demonstrated success translating high-level organizational objectives into integrated grassroots marketing strategies with clear goals, KPIs, and measurable outcomes
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive donor acquisition, retention, and recurring giving
- Proven ability to collaborate across complex, matrixed organizations and influence without direct authority
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams, agency partners, and senior stakeholders
- Experience contributing to high-performance teams that value inclusion, accountability, and principled leadership
- Operational mindset with the ability to build scalable processes that enhance execution, improve campaign effectiveness, and increase grassroots fundraising impact
