Job Description
The LIBRE Initiative, part of Americans for Prosperity and the Stand Together philanthropic community, seeks a Regional Field Manager (Grassroots Engagement Director) for their LIBRE-Arizona team. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and engaging grassroots leaders in Arizona to drive policy reform that opens opportunities for all. The ideal candidate will educate the public on policy issues, serve as a brand ambassador, plan and execute public events, and inspire others to take action.
Requirements
- A deep belief in people-empowering, bottom-up, public policy solutions
- Strong leadership and people skills with humility
- Comfort working independently in a dynamic environment
- A valid driver's license
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Deep knowledge of issues facing Latino communities in Arizona
- Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes in Arizona
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
