Regional Field Manager

As a Regional Field Manager at Americans for Prosperity, you will identify and engage grassroots leaders in Michigan, mobilize them to take action, and drive policy reforms that open opportunities for all.

Requirements

• Identify activists in various parts of the state who are currently - or could become - leaders in their local communities, and motivate them to advocate for change
• Equip local leaders to advocate for changes that are consistent with principles AFP believes in
• Organize events to engage the public through phone calls, social media, and face-to-face conversations
• Ensure AFP stays in regular contact with activists to keep them motivated, educated, and active
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors
