Regional Field Manager

Americans for Prosperity is seeking a Regional Field Manager to identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in Alaska, mobilize them to take action, and drive policy reforms.

Requirements

• Identify activists in various parts of the state who are currently - or could become - leaders in their local communities, and motivate them to advocate for change
• Equip local leaders to advocate for changes that are consistent with principles AFP believes in
• Organize events where activists can engage the public through phone calls, social media, walking through neighborhoods to talk with people face-to-face
• Ensure AFP stays in regular contact with activists to keep them motivated, educated, and active
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors
