Senior Associate, Events and Experiences

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America's boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country's biggest problems. This role will support several Stand Together entities, primarily Stand Together Trust, as well as Charles Koch Foundation and Stand Together Ventures Lab.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in event planning
• Ability to understand organizational goals and develop event concepts to support them
• Superior level of attention to detail and organizational skill
• Strong customer focus, and an ability to anticipate customer needs
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, while communicating clearly and consistently with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Professionalism, humility, and openness to change and new ideas
• Ability to travel approximately 10-15%
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
