Director, Operations

The Director of Operations for the CRS fan blade operations will oversee day-to-day activities, strategize support in response to technical issues, and manage critical production flow.

Requirements

• 15+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Willing to work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• 5+ years of experience building teams and driving culture, accountability, and KPIs
• 5+ years of experience working within a fast-paced team environment
• 5+ years of experience with cross functional integration
• 5+ years of experience in production cadence, aircraft parts production, lean, teambuilding, and new business growth
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related discipline
• Must be authorized to work in the US
