Job Description
As a Production Engineer at StandardAero, you will provide engineering support to the business unit for all aspects of component repair related to development of minor repairs and continuous improvement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, industrial, aerospace, or metallurgical engineering; or equivalent.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Working knowledge of gas turbine and accessory design theory, basic machine shop practices, and basic gas turbine metallurgy; familiarity with engine manuals.
- Project management skills
- Through knowledge of aerospace materials and processes
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments; ability to interpret drawings (including tolerancing).
- Solid understanding of failure modes and effects analysis.
