Job Description
Lead Mechanic will serve on a team dedicated to removing and replacing engines, performing on-wing light maintenance, and mentoring a team of technicians and mechanics. The role involves supervising a crew, monitoring hours charged to jobs, and pre-planning work scope.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of engine R&R experience as an Aircraft Mechanic
- Must have Run & Taxi experience
- Must have on-wing maintenance experience
- Prior experience leading or managing a team of mechanics or technicians
- Must have a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
