Requirements

• 6 months plus of job-related training/experience/education in aviation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit or stand for at least 50% of shift
• Ability to learn & interpret Theory of Operations and Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs)
• Ability to effectively communicate with several levels of leadership
• Ability to understand and to restore aviation engine parts to original integrity and dimensions
