Job Description
The Safety Management System Director integrates Flight Safety into operational and strategic decision-making to proactively manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practice across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the enterprise Safety Management System (SMS)
- Lead enterprise safety governance
- Serve as principal safety advisor to the COO and senior leadership
- Oversee occurrence reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
