Job Description
Perform structural aircraft repairs using sheet metal techniques and fasteners. Build structural forms such as I-beams and avionics trays. Plan and develop schemes for sheet metal repairs and modifications using blueprints and technical publications.
Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years of aircraft sheet metal fabrication experience
- Prior experience working in the capacity of an Airframe Sheet Metal Specialist, Structural Technician or Aircraft Mechanic
- Experience building I-beams, doublers, stringers, and performing corrosion control
